We offer a comprehensive Residential Letting Management Service giving our Landlords complete peace of mind throughout the process. This includes: 

  • Full marketing of the property including colour brochure and internet advertising on, and
  • Accompanied viewings
  • Referencing of the selected tenant(s)
  • Preparation of the tenancy agreement
  • Holding of and registration of the tenancy deposit
  • Transfer of the utilities into the tenants name
  • Arrangements for the renewal of safety certificates
  • Rent collection on a monthly basis
  • Transfer of the rent (less monthly management fee) to the landlord’s bank account
  • Monthly written landlord rent statements and annual statements as required
  • Periodic property visits to ensure that the tenant meets all required obligations and to evaluate any on-going repairs
  • Arrangements of any necessary repairs
  • Serving notices to end the tenancy (as required)
  • Checking out the tenant at the end of the tenancy

Everything is dealt with from our North Walsham office, where we can provide face to face guidance and assistance from initial marketing through to the end of a tenancy.

We are members of both ARLA and The Property Ombudsman for Lettings, ensuring the highest possible standards of service. In addition, Our Lettings Manager Nicola Wade is a qualified member of ARLA and has considerable experience in all areas of residential letting.
